Based on this, a method of micelle spectrophotometry for simultaneous determination of Fe (Ⅲ) and Al (Ⅲ) is established, determining iron and aluminum in the food by signal multiplier and equation method respectively.
在该显色条件下,选择适宜的波长组合,实现了胶束增敏光度法同时测定两种离子,分别利用系数倍率法和解方程组法双波长同时测定了食品中的铁和铝,该法应用于测定油饼和饼干中的铁和铝,两种方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)均在3 2%以下,加标回收率97%102 6%之间。
