t}ejing伙uang铁精矿(iron ore coneentrates)贫铁矿经过细磨、精选获得的铁品位较高的铁矿粉。铁精矿是生产人造富矿的钢铁冶金原料。由于钢铁工业的迅速发展,高品位的富铁矿资源日益减少,已不能满足炼铁需要,因此必须开发对贫铁矿和多种金属共生的复合铁矿的利用。这些矿石需经过选矿处理,制成铁精矿,再加工成烧结矿或球团矿,方能适合高炉炼铁需要。铁精矿按含铁矿物的不同,有磁铁精矿、赤铁精矿和褐铁精矿之分;按选矿方法的不同,又可分为弱磁精矿、强磁精矿、浮选精矿以及重选精矿等。通常磁铁精矿是采用磁选法处理磁铁矿石所得;赤铁精矿是用重选法、浮选法、强磁选法、磁化焙烧一磁选法,或采用联合流程处理赤铁矿石所得;褐铁精矿则是用重选法、强磁选法或磁化焙烧一磁选法等处理褐铁矿石而获得。对铁精矿一般有4点要求:(l)含铁量要高。磁铁精矿含铁量要在65%以上,赤铁精矿在60%以上,褐铁精矿应在50%以上。含铁量的波动小于士。.5%。(2)水分要低。水分对贮存运输、矿石混匀、造球等都有很大影响。一般磁铁精矿的水分应低于10%,赤铁精矿及褐铁精矿的水分应低于12%。(3)粒度合适。用于生产球团矿的铁精矿,要求小于。.074mm的粒级占70纬以上,比表面积以1200一Z000emZ/g为好。(4)杂质(如硫、磷、铅、砷、锌、铜等有害元素)的含量越低越好,一般要求S蕊0 .10%一0.19%,P毛0.05%一0.09%,Pb镇0.1%,As镇0 .04%一0.07%,Zn蕊0.1%一0.2%,Cu成0.1%一0.2%。 (郑信愚)
