过早搏动之后的一段长间歇时间。心电图上可见早搏的QRS波群与前面正常QRS波群间距缩短,与其后的正常QRS波群间距延长。心电图将这段延长的R-R间距称为代偿间歇。若过早搏动,前后两个窦性心搏相隔的时间等于正常心动周期的两倍,称完全性代偿间歇,多见于室性过早搏动。若过早搏动前后两个窦性心搏相隔的时间小于正常心动周期的两倍,称之为不完全代偿间歇,见于房性过早搏动。
