性质:系利用天然的或合成的高分子材料,将固体或液体药物包嵌而成的直径l~5000μm(通常为5~250μm)的微小胶囊。由芯料(药物)及包料(惰性聚合物)组成,一个微囊中可为单核或数万个多核。其外形取决于囊心物的性质和囊材凝聚的方式,微囊外观可呈球状实体或呈平滑的球状膜壳形、葡萄串形或表面平滑或折叠的不规则结构等各种形状。微囊再装入通常的硬胶囊或压成片。释放速率取决于囊膜的通透性、芯料溶解速率、囊膜内外浓度及囊膜厚度。微囊释放药物呈一级速率常数,微囊的囊膜材料及厚度不同使微囊呈快速释药及缓慢释药两种方式。
