沙律三文鱼
主 料：
三文鱼4件，牛油、沙律油各2/3汤匙，盐1/4茶匙，胡椒粉少许，番茄1个（切半月形）。
配 料：
菇酒汁料：白葡萄酒3/4杯，牛油1汤匙，洋葱（小）1个，蘑菇1/2罐，金菇2两（约80克），上汤1/2杯，柠檬汁2汤匙，盐1/4茶匙。
做 法：
1、 洋葱去衣切碎，蘑菇沥干水分，切开边，金菇切去根部，洗净。
2、 烧热1汤匙牛油，下洋葱，中火炒匀，加入半分量白葡萄酒炒匀。
3、 烧热余下的牛油，下蘑菇、金菇炒匀，加入柠檬汁、（2）的材料及余下菇酒汁料，煮滚成菇酒汁。
4、 三文鱼均匀涂上盐和胡椒粉，用沙律油煎至两面焦黄色，至熟透。
5、 三文鱼扒上碟，浇上菇酒汁即可进食。番茄片装
