The results show that molecular weight distribition value of fiber grade sample is small;Thermal stability is good,the polymer can't degradate below 300℃;Lactide monomer residual quantity is extremely low;Despunning degree of lactic-acid unit is much weak;It is better than sheet material grade sample in major indicators.
通过GPC、DSC、TGA1、H-NMR和13C-NMR等现代分析手段,对不同级别的聚乳酸切片进行对比,结果表明:纤维级切片分子量分布宽度较小;热稳定性好,在300℃以下,基本不发生降解;且聚合物中丙交酯单体残留量很低,LA单元的消旋现象很微弱,各项指标均优于片材级切片。
