酚红排泄试验
phenol red excretion test

  即酚磺肽排泄试验。肾功能试验的一种。主要反映近端肾小管排泄功能,与肾血流量也密切有关。方法:静脉注射酚红前半小时饮水300~400ml,20分钟排空膀胱中残余尿后注射酚红6mg,于注射后15、30、60和120分钟各收集尿液1次,用标准比色法或光电比色法,分别测定各段尿中酚红排出的百分数。正常值:注射酚红后15分钟尿中酚红排泄量应>25%,2小时总排泄量应>55%。儿童的排泌量较成人偏高,老年人则偏低。排泌量减少见于肾炎、肾病综合征、肾动脉硬化及肾淤血等引起的肾功能损害。
