性质:指以钕铁硼磁性材料与高分子材料构成的磁性体。钕铁硼磁性体的表达式为Nd2Fe14B(原子比),四方晶体结构,有很强的磁晶各向异性和很高的饱和磁化强度。在永磁材料中磁性能最好,最大磁能积可这360kJ/m3,内禀矫顽力达到800~1400 kA/m,对制备磁性强、体积小的磁性部件非常有利。该磁性材料的居里温度较低(312℃),温度稳定性和耐腐蚀性较差,经与高分子材料复合后抗腐蚀等使用性能有所提高。可以用于电动机、发电机、声波换能器、各种传感器、医疗器械和磁力机械等。
