采用SHIFT-G反向催化剂级配技术对固定床渣油加氢催化剂级配进行优化,中型试验和工业应用结果表明,优化装填后的催化剂级配体系消除了影响装置操作周期的不利因素,合理地分配了反应负荷,有效地改善了加氢产品性质,延长了工业装置运转周期,提高了经济效益。

The result showed,in spite of its higher one-off investments and process cost ,the economic benefit of residue hydrotreating-catalytic cracking combined process is still better due to its higher liquid yield and higher production value.
