醋酸钙化学式(CH3COO)2Ca·H2O,分子量176.2。俗名醋石,别名乙酸钙。白色针状晶体或结晶性粉末,微有乙酸气味。溶于水,微溶于乙醇。加热时醋酸钙分解为碳酸钙和丙酮。跟硫酸等反应生成醋酸。用于制丙酮、醋酸及印染业。工业上用木醋液(木材干馏产物)跟消石灰反应,蒸干滤液,再经重结晶制得醋酸钙。用纯醋酸跟纯碳酸钙反应可制得纯醋酸钙。
