鲜荷叶饭
将白米洗净煮熟，取出凉冻备用。鳟、章鱼浸软洗去泥沙，切碎。冬菇去蒂，浸软切碎，混和章鱼碎先蒸熟。鸡蛋去壳打散，煎成薄饼，切碎。然后用上汤会煮所有材料，并以少许生粉开稀，做成薄芡上碟，即成馅料。白米饭凉冻后，与各用料同拌匀。并用蚝油、猪油、生抽、味素等调味拌匀即成有味饭。将鲜荷叶洗净，用开水泡软，铺在台板上，放上一半有味饭铺平，上放焰料，再放其余的一半有味饭在馅料上，然后包成方形；放在蒸笼内蒸约20分钟即成。将荷叶饭解开，即可食用。
