sh{shengehon试生产(trial pr记uetion)发电工程项目在完成机组整套启动调试和试运行后，至进人商业运行前的一个阶段。按规定，20万kw及以上火电机组的试生产期为六个月，水电机组的试生产期为一年。试生产的目的是全面完成和考核机组在各种工况下的运行和调试工作. 试生产阶段的主要任务是:①进一步考验设备，消除缺陷，完成未完的调试项目;②进行机组主要性能试脸，如锅炉热效率和出力试验、机组热耗试验、汽轮机出力试验、供电煤耗试验和环保设备效率测试等;③完善自动调节的品质和提高保护装置、监测仪表、热控自动装t等的投人率，逐步实现全部投人;④全面考核机组的各项性能和技术经济指标，包括供电煤耗率，机组可用小时数，强迫停运次数，厂用电率，保护装置、监侧仪表和热控自动装里的投人率，电除尘效率，不投油稳嫩负荷，机组轴承、轴的振动，汽水品质，发电机漏氢t，高压加热器投人率，汽水损失率，真空严密性等。
