It was identified that thermo-collapse occurs when fresh catalysts are added to FCC regenerators by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and of testing the metal contents,specific area and microac- tivity (MA) of the fine catalyst particles from the cyclones of two commercial FCC units.
对两套催化裂化装置补充新鲜催化剂前后三级旋风分离器所回收的催化剂细粉,进行了电子显微照相分析和金属含量、比表面积及微反活性的测定,证实了催化裂化装置在催化剂加入过程中存在热崩现象。
