A new technology was introduced for preparation of N-cyclohexy-2-benzothiazolesul fenamide (accelerator CBS)by reaction cyclohexylamine with crude 2-mercaptobenthiazole(accelerator M),by studying the influences of the reaction terms,we found a optimized production process terms which could be effective to control the insoluble methyl alcohol and free amine,and the yield was 87.
