This paper analyzes the whole process of clear away burr,chamfered edge and cut tooth lateral in cutting spur gear,discusses the method of clear away burr and chamfered edge,and the cutting tool,puts forward innovatively an new method-generating tooth-broaching method,which can solve the precise problems in cutting spur gear,and ensure high-productivity and high accuracy requirement.
