To analyze the monosaccharides composition and their molar ratio in Fuctus mume polysaccharide and Ligustrum japonica tea polysaccharide by using acetylation derivatization and capillary gas chromatography.
毛细管气相色谱法是目前测定多糖中单糖组成的常用方法,故本试验采用糖醇乙酰化衍生法,用毛细管气相色谱法测定了马边乌梅和余庆小叶苦丁茶多糖的单糖组成及摩尔比,以期为这两种植物的开发提供理论和实验数据。
