【渗透压】(osmoticpressure)以半透膜隔开溶液与纯溶剂时,加在原溶液上使其恰好能阻止纯溶剂进入溶液的外压。溶液愈浓,溶液的渗透压愈大。是稀溶液的一个依数性,仅与单位体积溶液中溶质的摩尔数有关,而与物质的性质无关。在一定温度下测定给定溶液浓度的渗透压,可用以计算溶质的分子量,或用以测求大分子物质的分子量与胶体溶液的胶团量,但在测定大分子物质的分子量时必须消除*唐南平衡引起的误差。
