介绍: 一般体长 60~75厘米,是海参中最大的一种。背面每3~11个大肉刺的基部相连成梅花瓣状,其间夹生小肉刺。腹面平坦,腹足小而密挤。四周围有触手20个。背面橙红或橙黄色,散布黄色或褐色斑点,腹面赤红色,触手黄色。 干品呈长筒形略扁,腹部开膛,体表有许多梅花形肉刺,体表黑色或近深褐色。一般按个体重量分,大的每只重150克,中的每只75克,小的每只35克。参体完整、肉质厚实、刺尖挺立、刀口整齐、腹内肉面平整、无残缺的为上品。参体较为完整、肉质薄、参刺横竖倒伏、腹间刀口不整齐、腹内肉面坑凹或有穿孔的为次品。 |
