According to method of theory combining experiment,this paper designed burner with air hole in v-slat,resolved problem which are CO content of flue gas in instability,yellow tip and light back at small load ,bigger dB at quenching of a flame and overheat on surface of burner about domestic gas instantaneous water heater,and the burners and water heaters were validated by the prototypes.

Recently,frequent poisoning events of CO were took place in the some low permeable oil-gas field and the crews were hurt seriously.
