性质:又称人造蛋白质纤维。简称蛋白质纤维。以动物或植物蛋白质为原料制成。主要品种有酪蛋白纤维、大豆蛋白质纤维、玉米蛋白质纤维、花生蛋白质纤维等。物理和化学性质与羊毛相似,染色性能很好。但强度较低,湿强度更差,因而应用不广。通常切断成短纤维。可在毛纺机上纯纺或与羊毛、粘胶短纤维和锦纶短纤维等混纺。
