材料：长糯米、猪肉、香菇、咸蛋黄、酱油、糖、五香粉、盐、粽叶、粽绳。
做法：将糯米洗净，泡3小时备用；把猪肉切成长约4公分，宽2公分的长条；香菇泡软后，去蒂切成条
状；再将猪肉、香菇以酱油、五香粉、盐、糖等调味料腌2小时；咸蛋黄切半备用。
洗净粽叶及粽绳，取2张粽叶，在三分之一处折成漏斗状，在漏斗中舀入一半糯米，放入猪肉、香菇、咸
蛋黄等馅料，再加上糯米填满，接着将多余的粽叶折回盖住漏斗包裹好，用绳子在粽腰处扎紧打结，做好后放
入锅中，以水盖过粽子，用中火煮2小时，熟透了便可食用。
