| 剂型 根据药物性质、用药目的及给药途径，对原料药进行加工而制成的特定形式的药品。 中国远在夏商时代，酒剂、汤剂就已逐步形成并应用 。战国时期的《黄帝内经》记载了汤、丸、散、膏、丹、药酒等剂型和制法、用法、用量及适应证。其后历代医家经过长期临床实践，创制了多种剂型，有针剂、片剂、冲剂、糖浆剂等。 现代临床常用剂型有汤剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、酒剂、糖浆剂、浸膏剂、锭剂、露剂、胶囊剂、栓剂、糊剂、洗搽剂、片剂、酊剂、冲剂、气雾剂、注射剂等。不同疾病需用不同剂型。如治疗急性病，为使药效迅速，常用汤剂 、气雾剂、注射剂等；有些病需要药物的持久或延缓作用，可用丸剂、膏剂、片剂等；皮肤疾患一般选用硬膏、软膏、糊剂等外用剂型；某些腔道疾患，如痔疮、溃疡、瘘管等则用栓剂、条剂、线剂等。此外，药物性质也是决定剂型的重要因素。 |
