做法：
1、将光鸡砍件洗净，放少许生抽，生粉拌匀；
2、将拌匀的鸡件拉油或煎香；
3、爆香红葱头、沙姜后，再放煎好的鸡件，一同炒香；
4、调入调料炒匀即可。
