By using microcalorimetric method, the growth thermogenetic curves of Rhizopus nigricans inhibited by four kinds of heavy metal ions were investigated at 25℃, parameters such as growth rate constants (k) , inhibitory ratio (I) , and half inhibitory concentration (IC50) etc were obtained.
用微量热法测定了Cu~(2+),Cd~(2+),Hg~(2+),Pb~(2+)等四种重金属离子对黑根霉菌生长抑制的产热曲线,得到了黑根霉菌在不同条件下的生长速率常数k,抑制率I,半抑制浓度IC_(50)等参数。

【来源】
为番荔枝科植物陵水暗罗的根。
【植物形态】
陵水暗罗 灌木，高1～4米。根通常单一，少分枝。茎枝褐黑色，有疏毛。叶革质，互生，长圆形或长圆状披针形，长9～18厘米，宽2～6厘米，先端渐尖，基部阔急尖；侧脉8～10对，下面凸起，顶端弯拱而连结；具短柄。花白色，单生，与叶对生，径1～2厘米；萼片三角形，急尖，被柔毛；花瓣长圆状椭圆形，内外轮花瓣等长或内轮的略短，广展，外面被紧贴的柔毛；雄蕊多数；心皮约7枚或缺如，被毛，柱头倒卵状，微2裂。果实卵形，径1厘米，熟时橙红色。花期4～7月。果期7～12月。 生于大山半山腰密林下。分布广东南部。
【采集】
全年可采，洗净，切片，晒干。
【药材】
根肥厚，外皮黑色，内部粉质，有特异香气。
【性味】
甘，平。
【功用主治】
健脾益胃，补肾固精。治慢性胃炎，脾胃亏损，食欲不振，四肢无力，遗精。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1两。
