In view of the reservoir geologic features and severe fine silts production situations in Liaohe Oilfield,the technique of sand control deep in formations and sand carrying oil production has been developed through the study in sand control basic theories and tests.

This paper proposes a set of independent economic benefit evaluating model of sand control and sand removal oil producing,presents the main sensible factors of influence economic benefit contrast on sand control and sand removal oil production that are the difference of initial production evevy day and operating cost,oil price chang and decline rate of reservo.

With the improvement of producing technology,screw pump has been widely used in sand-carrying cold production.

In order to avoid the unfavoured factors of sand control and draining sand for oil recovery,the method of finite draining sand for oil recovery in viscous crude is proposed in this paper.
