【处方】
黄芩 250g 连翘 250g 黄连 100g 黄柏 400g 赤芍 250g 甘草 100g
【制法】
以上六味，赤芍、黄连粉碎成细粉；其余黄芩等四味加水煎煮三次， 合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.35～1.40(50℃)的清膏，加入赤芍、黄连 细粉，混匀，干燥，粉碎成细粉，制成颗粒，干燥，压制成1175片，即得。
【性状】
本品为黄色片；气微香，味苦。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：纤维束鲜黄色，壁稍厚，纹孔明显。草 酸钙簇晶直径18～32μm,存在于薄壁细胞中，常排列成行或一个细胞中含有数个簇晶。 (2) 取本品4 片，研碎，加乙醇10ml，超声处理15分钟，滤过，滤液作为供试品溶 液。另取盐酸小檗碱对照品，加乙醇制成每1ml 含0.5mg 的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照 薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各1μl，分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板 上，以苯－醋酸乙酯－甲醇－异丙醇－浓氨试液(12:6:3:3:1)为展开剂，置用氨蒸气饱 和的展开缸内，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供试品色谱中，在与 对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点。

【功能与主治】
清热解毒，消肿止痛。用于脏腑蕴热，头痛目赤，口鼻生疮，热 痢腹痛，湿热带下，疮疖肿痛。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次4 片，一日2～3次。
