铁板烧,是一种菜的吃法。先将铁板烧热,旋即在上面放置鲜肉和蔬菜,盖一下就吃
1.准备阶段:
2.1.选用一块较好的扒肉或其他肉类,如鸡鸭肾,鲜鱿鱼等;

6.把铁板烧热,加一点油,把肉类和姜片,青椒放上去,把盖子盖上让它煮一会,快好的时候加酱油,最后洒上葱花就行了.
7.名称:铁板烧鱿鱼材 料:鱿鱼 二尾 洋葱(切丝) 半粒炸油 适量九层菜太白粉适量 味素适量 酱油适量香油适量 水二匙作 法:一、鱿鱼去膜、内脏洗净切开成片状,由内面以斜刀切交叉花纹,再切片(约三公分宽)。二、炒油起油,鱿鱼片洒上少许太白粉,投入油中略炒, 盛盘备用。三、另用油三匙炒香洋葱丝,并倒入料综合调味大火煮滚,即熄火。盛于碗中备用。四、将铁板烧热后淋下两汤匙热油并放上鱿鱼片迅速淋下第三项调味汁于鱿鱼片上洒上九层菜少许待热气稍消 后,即可食用。
