性质:又称超合金。铁基、镍基和钴基高温合金的总称。在高温时有很高的持久、蠕变和疲劳强度,其使用温度可达1100℃左右。其典型组织为:奥氏体基体和弥散分布于其中的强化相,它可以是碳化物相、金属间化合物相或稳定化合物质点。根据合金成分和使用上的需求,可选择电弧炉、感应炉、真空感应炉进行一次熔炼或用真空白耗炉或电渣炉对母合金进行重熔,还有用电子束或低压等离子体作为高热能源进行熔炼的工艺。在铸造工艺上,除常规的精密铸造外,定向结晶和单晶技术已得到广泛应用,快速凝固粉末冶金和机械合金化工艺也是两种制备方法。高温合金广泛应用于航空、航天、舰船、机车、发电以及石油化工等工业中。
