性质:由聚砜中空纤维多微孔支撑膜和表面超薄硅树脂分离膜组成的具有气体分离功能的膜。外径350~1500μm,壁厚100~500μm,耐温约100℃,抗压1.5MN/mm2,H2/CH4分离系数30~60。制法是将聚砜-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮溶液用中空喷丝板进行干湿纺,再洗去水溶性的聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮,形成多微孔中空纤维膜,再用等离子体聚合复上有机硅超薄膜。用途是N2/H2,O2/N2,水-乙醇蒸汽分离等。
