攀移

、叮刀月火一甲~/攀移disloeation elimb位错离开其滑移面的运动,是位错运动的一种基本形式(见滑移)。它是需要涉及点缺陷(空位或自填隙原子)的远程运动(扩散、聚集或逸去)。所以攀移又称为非保守性运动。例如由一个正刃型位错的附加半原子面的“刃边”移去一行原子(或聚集一行空位),则此刃型位错离开其滑移而向上攀移一个单元距离,反之则向下攀移一个单元距离。位错攀移常由位错线上割阶或双割阶之形成及沿位错线的横向运动而实现。位错攀移需要点缺陷的长程扩散运动,所以受温度的影响较显著。纯螺型位错由于其伯格斯矢量与位错线平行,所以所有含该位错的平面都是它的滑移面,它也就没有攀移运动。(杨顺华)
