1.可有虹膜及结合膜血管扩张、充血。过量时,由于强烈的缩瞳和调节痉挛,可致前额头痛、眼睑抽搐。 2.长期应用可引起白内障,过量吸收可出现急性痉挛性腹痛,甚至支气管痉挛等。
