erZ}耳子(ear)型钢表面沿长度方向出现的条状八祝.县钢材的一种表面欲陷出那霖产品一侧的早单面耳子，两侧的是双面耳子。有的贯穿产品全长，也有呈局部、断续或呈周期性分布。产品表面出现的耳子应修磨掉。 耳子是由于乳制时金属在成品孔过充满，多余的金属被挤到棍缝里形成的。具体原因为:(1)孔型设计不当、轧机调整不当或成品前孔磨损严重，造成成品孔压下童大，产生双面耳子;(2)成品孔入口导板安装不正、不牢、间隙过大，或轧件入孔型不正易产生单面耳子或双面断续耳子;(3)轧件温度低或全长温差大;(4)连轧机调整不良，产生堆钢、拉钢现象。堆钢时轧件中间出现耳子，拉钢时，轧件头尾出现耳子;(5)成品前孔轧糟掉金属，轧件表面出现凸包，再轧时产生周期性耳子。防止和消除办法有:(l)选择合适的宽展系数，完善孔型设计;(2)加强轧机调整操作，合理分配压下量;(3)正确安装成品孔入口导板;(4)更换磨损严重的轧槽;(5)提高坯料加热质量，达到温度均匀。 (刘贤才)
