Over 60 strains of barleys were collected from Tibet in the experiment, whoseβ-glucan content was determined and analysised by method of Congored stained and whose dietary fibre content was determined by method of cold neutral detergent fibre, effect factors of climatic factors on content ofβ-glucans and dietary fibre from tibetan spring barley in different ecological zones were analyzed.
本试验通过从西藏各地征集裸大麦品种(品系)60多份,利用刚果红比色法测定β-葡聚糖含量、改良冷中性洗涤剂纤维提取法测定食用纤维含量,分析了不同生态区气候因子对西藏裸大麦β-葡聚糖、食用纤维含量的影响因素;从这60多份材料中选择3-4份品质性状较好的品种在林芝种植,分别设置氮肥、播期和追穗肥时期等处理,测定各试样β-葡聚糖及食用纤维含量,揭示农艺措施对裸大麦β-葡聚糖及食用纤维的含量影响因素;此外,再从征集的品种中选择化学成份含量差异显著的8个品种(品系),在西藏裸大麦各主产区种植两年,测定分析成熟籽粒的β-葡聚糖及食用纤维含量,利用AMMI模型分析β-葡聚糖及食用纤维含量的品种、环境及其互作效应的大小,明确其区域分布特点。
