【原料】
药材甘草2钱、炒扁豆2钱、白术2钱、黄耆2钱、茯苓2钱、红枣6颗材料鸡胸肉半杯、蛤蜊1斤、嫩姜6片调味料酒1大匙、盐1小匙、糖1小匙、麻油2小匙
【制作过程】
1、 药材用清水冲洗净后沥开
2、 将所有药材放入汤锅中用8杯水熬成4杯汤汁备用
3、 鸡胸肉切丁、蛤蜊先泡水吐沙、嫩姜切丝
4、 鸡丁、嫩姜丝放入熬好的汤锅中略煮。
5、 待鸡肉熟饮、再放入蛤蜊及调味料调味
6、 煮到蛤蜊全部张开，即可食用
