微波炉自制鲜辣烤鱼
材料：鲫鱼，泡辣椒，韭菜，盐，味精，干辣椒面，孜然，食用油，葱
做法：泡辣椒和韭菜切碎，塞入鲫鱼的肚子里，在鲫鱼两面抹上盐，味精，干辣椒面，孜然，食用油（孜然和食用油要少，最好不要有油流在盘子里太多为准）
放入微波炉，把火调到大和中之间，烤2分钟
取出后再撒一层孜然，放进微波路烤1分钟，然后撒上葱花就可以吃了~~
里面的韭菜也很好吃哦~
ps：油越少越脆，越多越软，视自己口味调配吧~
