伤食发热 伤食发热 病证名。食积内停所致的发热。《证治汇补·发热章》:“伤食发热,必气口紧盛或沉伏,头疼,呕恶,噫气吞酸,胸口饱闷,或胀或痛,手不可按,蒸蒸然然。”《金匮翼·发热统论》:“食积者,当暮发热,恶闻食臭,时时嗳腐,其脉滑或实。活人所谓伤食令人头痛,脉数,发热,但左手人迎脉平和,身不疼是也。”治宜消食导滞以退热,用枳术丸、保和丸、枳实导滞丸、大柴胡汤等方。《幼科全书》:小儿食积不化引起的发热。其热先见于腹部,以后手足俱热,而以腹背较甚,嗳气吐腐,大便酸臭,腹痛多啼,肌瘦腹膨,或肠鸣泄泻,痛随泻减,不思饮食,面色晦暗,眼胞浮肿。治宜消积清热,用至宝锭。
