In order to improve the machining precision of vane surface of integral impeller and the efficiency of cathode movement planning during the electrochemical contour evolution machining,by taking a ruled-surface impeller for example,the effect of twist angle of vane surface on the machining is analyzed,and a movement planning method of contour evolution is proposed.
为提高展成电解加工整体叶轮叶片型面的加工精度和阴极运动设计的效率,以直纹面叶轮为例,研究了叶片扭角对展成电解加工的影响,提出对叶片型值点拟合曲线作法向偏置、以偏置曲线生成的特征点为依据进行展成运动轨迹设计、并根据工艺试验确定工具阴极运动参数的展成运动设计方法,从而消除叶片扭角对加工精度的不利影响。
