The powders of Ca-doped lanthanum chro-mites prepared by solid state method individually were mixed with the powders of refractory ZrO2, CaO, MgO, SiO2 and Al2O3 in some proportion, and sintered at 1650 and 1700 ℃ after compression moulding, re- spectively, then sintered characteristics of the complex oxides based on Ca-doped lanthanum chromites were studied.
在固相法合成的掺钙铬酸镧微粉中分别加入不同比例ZrO2,CaO,MgO,SiO2和Al2O3微粉,模压成型后经1650和1700 ℃两种温度烧结,用以研究掺钙铬酸镧与其他氧化物的复合烧结行为。
