性质：浓硝酸生产方法之一。氨和空气经过滤后，混合，进入氨氧化炉，在铂网催化剂作用下生成一氧化氮，经废热回收、冷却后进入氧化氮压缩机被加压到0.35～0.45MPa压力，再经空气成二氧化氮，用68.4％的共沸酸吸收二氧化氮，生成73％～74％超共沸硝酸。在精馏塔中将浓硝酸蒸馏分离出来，塔底排出的共沸硝酸循环使用。98％硝酸蒸气自塔顶逸出，冷凝、部分回流，剩余为成品酸。特点:工艺流程相对较短，不需要设置空分装置。
