Bettman's information-processing model of consumer's choice
贝特曼消费者选择的信息加工模型(B ettman’5 information一proeessing modelof。onsumer，5 eh。ie。)把消费者的决策过程看成是一种信息加工过程。此模型认为，基于人的有限的信息加工容量，消费者在进行决策时，一般利用简单决策策略，将产品的复杂评价过程简化。用以描述决策过程的变量有:(1)加工容量。(2)动机(通过目标层次和干扰一扫描两种机制影响消费者选择的方向和强度，刺激消费者去搜寻信息，以便作出选择和评价)。(3)注意和知觉编码(刺激的选择与组织、解释过程)。(4)信息的获得和评价(包括内部的和外部的两种形式)。(5)记忆(提供己有信息和储存新习得信息)。(6)决策(在不同的选择和评价中所采用的不同策略)。(7)消费和学习过程(对使用体验的评价及其对未来决策的影响)。 (张玉峰撰马谋超审)
