原料配方(成品8支) 内芯料:奶粉25克 麦淇淋15克 鸡蛋1只 白糖50克 淀粉5克 清水200毫升 香兰素适量
外壳料:奶粉40克 杨梅糖浆80毫升 淀粉8克 冷开水400毫升
制作方法
1.按照奶油雪糕的制法,加工好内芯料,进冰箱冻冷。
2.将奶粉放在碗中,加入冷开水50毫升调匀。
3.把杨梅糖浆、淀粉和冷开水放入锅中调匀,然后边加热边搅拌,煮沸后,立即冲入奶粉中,搅拌均匀。
4.把杨梅料液注入雪糕模中,冷后,进冰箱冷冻室,冷冻45分钟左右,待近模壁处已冻结、中心尚未冻时,取出将模未冻结的料液倒去,注入内芯料,插上雪糕杆,复进冰箱冷冻室冷冻。约1小时后,雪糕已冻结,即可取出。
5.将雪糕模浸在热水中,约5分钟即可脱模。
产品特点 表面粉红色,内芯乳白色,具有两种味道。
