主料:豆腐两块,鲫鱼两条(一斤左右),猪肉馅二两。

佐料:葱、姜、蒜、盐、味素、韭菜、料酒各少许。

做法:(1)把豆腐切成排骨块,用开水烫一下,鱼身两面都切成花刀,将猪肉馅和葱、姜、盐、料酒拌匀后,塞进鱼肚;

(2)锅内放油,用葱、姜、蒜炸锅加汤,放入鱼和豆腐 ,加适量的盐,用急火炖,鱼熟后加入韭菜、味素即可。

特点:鱼和豆腐相,鲜美可口,是江浙一带传统名菜。
