材料:大米、鸡脯肉、胡萝卜、洋葱、青豆、玉米粒、菠萝、枸杞。
调料:胡椒粉、盐、白糖、黄油。
制作:
1、将鸡脯肉切片,加白糖、盐抓匀;胡萝卜、洋葱、菠萝改刀,切成块;枸杞用温水泡开;大米用水淘净。
2、炒勺内放入黄油,小火溶化,爆香洋葱,放入鸡片炒至变白。
3、放入其他材料翻炒均匀,加盐、胡椒粉调味。
4、把炒好的菜到入淘好的米里,和米一起搅拌均匀,放入电饭煲,调到自动煮饭档,
