In this research, Styrene, butyl acrylate, acrylamide and diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride were chosen to prepare cationic Styrene acrylate emulsion, and the effect of mass ratio of monomers, mass fraction of initiator, emulsifier and total monomers, temperature, feeding methods, isopropanol and the kind of monomer on monomer conversion, cationic charge density.
本研究选用苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)为单体,合成了四元阳离子型苯丙乳液,并研究了单体比例、单体质量浓度、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、反应温度、加料方式、异丙醇和单体种类对单体的转化率、乳液阳电荷密度、聚合物乳胶粒子的粒径大小、分布及乳液性能的影响。
