In this paper, the pulping properties of the crossbred bamboos Bamdusa Pervariadilisx Grandis Nin 3# and 6# which have been widely cultured in Guangxi, and those of their female bamboo Bambusa Pervariabilis Mc Clure and male bamboo Big Bambusa lodhamii Munro were studted.

绿竹 主干高6—9米，径粗5—8厘米。箨鞘坚硬而质脆，无毛而有光泽，长8—16厘米，宽8—28厘米；箨叶三角状披针形，直立，下面无毛，上面粗糙；茎每节有3枚粗大的和若干较小的枝条，每小枝生叶7—15枚，叶鞘长7—15厘米，幼时生有小刺毛，后则无毛；叶片披针状矩圆形，长12—30厘米，宽2.5—6.2厘米，次脉9—14对，还有小横脉。开花枝条通常细而坚硬，节间一侧扁平，小穗下部绿色上部赤紫色，长20—35毫米，宽7—10毫米。笋期5—11月。自浙江南部至海南岛均有种植。
