1 ingzho kongxing精轧孔型(finishing pass)使轧件断面面积减小的同时,还使轧件的断面形状与尺寸均接近于成品的孔型。精轧孔型又称预轧孔型,一般是指成品孔型之前的2一4个孔型。在轧制异形断面型材时,精轧孔型的数量较多。例如,轧制钢轨的轨形孔型、轧制槽钢的槽形孔型、轧制工字钢的工字形孔型等均为精轧孔型。轧制普通断面型材时,精轧孔型数量较少。例如,轧制圆钢时,成品孔之前的2一4个孔型为精轧孔型。它们或为方一椭圆孔型,或为椭圆一圆一椭圆孔型,或为椭圆一立椭圆一椭圆孔型,或为方一扁箱一立椭圆一椭圆孔型等。轧制方钢时,其精轧孔型或为箱形孔,或为椭圆一方一椭圆孔型,或为菱一方一菱形孔型,或为菱一菱孔型等。 (朱殿强)
