The optimal conditions were found as follows:①for nitration,the reaction temperature are 25-30℃,reaction time 2 h,the yield of o-nitroethylbenzene are 32%;②for photochemical bromination,the molar ratio of o-nitroethyl- benzen to bromine is 2:1,UV irradiation time more than 1 h,the yield ofα-bromo-o-nitroethyl- benzene are above 95 %.
