boidlQn白点(flake。rake)钢材或锻件内部的一种微裂纹,因其在试件的断口上呈圆形或椭圆形的银白色亮点而得名。在横向酸浸试片上呈细而短、且略微弯曲的不连续裂纹,大多呈辐射状分布。它是钢中氢气脱溶析出汇集于疏松孔隙中产生的巨大压力和钢在低温相变时产生的内应力综合作用而形成细小裂纹。白点一般只存在于钢坯或锻件的内部,在20~30mm以内的表面层极少发现白点。出现白点的钢材,塑性和韧性显著降低。降低钢中氢的含量,或锻、轧后的钢材经缓冷或扩散退火,都有利于防止白点的产生。 (颜广庭)
