【材料】
文蛤300克、葱1根、蒜2瓣、辣椒1个、九层塔2棵
调味料
酒1大匙、酱油2大匙、糖半茶匙、胡椒粉少许
【作法】
1.葱、辣椒分别洗净,切小段,大蒜切碎。
2.用2大匙油炒香蒜末、葱段,再放入文蛤炒熟,同时加入辣椒和所有调味料。
3.待文蛤微微张口时,拌入洗净的九层塔,炒匀即盛出
