In order to get a better understanding of sticking and spraying orifice in the process of drilling,taking operation drilling for outburst control for example,the mechanical model for borehole instability of drilling is established based on theoretical analysis.
为了进一步认清在钻孔施工过程中经常出现卡钻、喷孔等问题,本文以掘进面施工防突钻孔为例,以理论分析为主要手段,建立了钻孔失稳的力学模型,分别研究了钻孔孔底和孔壁附近煤体的破坏形式和失稳特征,并结合钻孔喷孔应具有两个基本条件:①封存的能量源;②封存障碍突然失稳破坏,而使能量源瞬间释放,得出如下结论:卸压区易发生垮孔;峰后应力集中区易垮孔也易发生喷孔;而峰值强度前区域发生喷孔的概率则大大降低。
